ProfileMy name is Joey Rosario and I live in San Francisco, CA. I am an aspiring entrepreneur. I was born and raised in Indonesia; a country that has been struck by so many natural disasters as of late. I moved to Singapore when I was 16 and studied there for 2 1/2 years. I came to America in 1995 attending Bemidji State University in Bemidji, MN. I graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1997 with a degree in Computer Information Systems and a minor in Mathematics.

Once graduated, I was working in Corporate America for 9 years; doing project works in Minneapolis, MN, Sacramento, CA, Salt Lake City, UT, Redwood City, CA, Krakow, Poland, and Des Moines, IA. In 2006, I left Corporate America; realizing working for other people is not something I want to do with my life. I spent the next year traveling and did some soul-searching and tried to figure what it is I want out of my life. Being 30 at the time, I guess I hit my mid-life crisis a little early.

My goal is to ultimately Own My Life by having a good physical health, an abundant free time, and a financial freedom to do whatever I want to do whenever I want to do it.

I am learning ways to leverage the internet to achieve my goals. My passion includes technology (computer and internet), investment (stock investing and option trading), personal finance (money management and retirement) and network marketing. This website is a new project of mine where I will post my topic of interests. I will share some of my success and not-so-success stories and what I do to achieve my goals.

If you are at a crossroad; where you are looking for something different or is simply ready for a new adventure, you have come to the right place.

Welcome aboard !!!

(Update 02/23/2008)

It’s time to update this About Page.  This whole blogging thing has been an amazing experience for me this past year.  I have grown so much as a person.  I am so grateful for all the things I have learned.  It’s been a life lesson for me.  In the process, I developed a particular interest in philanthropy.  I want to help and reach out to the needy and the less fortunate, one person at a time.  I want to thank everyone who has been supportive through this whole process.  I couldn’t have done it without you.
